By accessing and using Player Match (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service & Fulfillment

Player Match provides a personalized interactive personality matching quiz. Upon completion of the quiz, users may purchase a one-time digital reveal to unlock their World Cup 2026 player match, including detailed stats and a shareable card.

Our sole obligation is to display your matched player profile and card instantly on-screen upon successful payment. We have no ongoing obligations, subscriptions, or additional service commitments beyond this immediate delivery.

3. One-Time Payment & No Refund Policy

The reveal is a one-time digital purchase processed securely via Stripe. There are no recurring fees or subscription models.

Because this product is a digital good delivered instantaneously upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and we are not obligated to issue refunds or chargebacks once the player profile has been processed and revealed.

4. Entertainment Purposes Only

The Service and the matching results are designed and provided strictly for entertainment, engagement, and recreational purposes. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the match. The results carry no official endorsement, sponsorship, or association with any professional sports leagues, clubs, or players.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Player Match and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the amount you paid to access the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
